Capabilities

New Process offers blanking capabilities in all of our service centers across the U.S. and Mexico, and covers from 12” square and up to 144” in length.

New Process provides cut-to-length and leveling services, ensuring precise specifications in both length and flatness. These services enhance the level of customization we offer to meet specific manufacturing needs.

Our Houston and Columbus plants boast in-house embossing capabilities, providing textured finishes to various steel grades.

Mississippi and Mexico plants offer stamping capabilities featuring press sizes ranging from 50T to 3000T. We are uniquely resourced and equipped to provide comprehensive project management for tooling production, from initial tooling design to start of production.

Our fabrication facility has a wide range of soft tooling capabilities, including lasers, press brakes and punching turrets. These capabilities allow NPMS to rapidly prototype and produce low-volume orders or to scale up production while hard tooling is in development.

Our Mexico facilities offer extensive welding capabilities for securely joining metal components post-production.

Our Mexico plant offers other value-added services, including Assembly and Kitting services for customers who require direct delivery to their assembly line with the use of reusable packaging and a Parts Washing service for properly cleaning metal surfaces and preparing them for further processing such as the application of paint, finishing, coatings or other adhesives.
