Richard Fant

Chief Executive Officer

Strategic Vision and Innovation

Richard Fant, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, leads a forward-thinking culture focused on innovation and growth. His strategic vision has led to the implementation of new technologies and Lean-driven process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling New Process to continue its evolution as a premier industry leader in providing innovative metal solutions. Richard earned his BBA from The University of Texas and started his career with New Process at the Houston Division in 1984. In 1991, he moved to the Chicago Division to facilitate both the opening of a new plant and to successfully implement a new “Go-to-Market” strategy. In 1994, Richard moved back to Houston to assume the role of President. During this time, he completed the Executive MBA Program at Harvard Business School. Subsequently, Richard became Chairman and CEO in 1996.

In addition to his leadership at New Process, Richard has served on several boards and is the Chairman of Fant Foundation and New Process Foundation, both of which support a wide range of charitable causes. His free time is spent traveling, desert racing and spending time with his family.

Stefan Polywka

President and Chief Operating Officer

Continuous Improvement

Stefan Polywka, President and Chief Operating Officer, plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across all areas of the company. With a manufacturing philosophy and a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction—and backed by his 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry—Stefan has led New Process to optimize Lean-based manufacturing processes, streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Stefan has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas, and prior to joining the NPMS team he was the GM for Parker Hannifin’s engine filtration group.

Dave Conway

Chief Commercial Officer

Customer-Centric Approach

Dave Conway, Chief Commercial Officer, has defined customer-centric leadership during his decades-long tenure directing the company’s commercial endeavors. In his 43 years with NPMS, Dave has focused on building strong relationships, understanding customers’ unique needs and has empowered New Process to deliver customized solutions. His strategic initiatives have driven New Process’ continuous growth, solidifying its reputation as a market leader.

Stephen Swan

Chief Financial Officer

Financial Stewardship

Stephen Swan, Chief Financial Officer, provides sound financial stewardship, ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability in each New Process facility. He holds a degree in finance from Texas A&M University. In his 11 years with NPMS, he has focused on strategic financial planning and risk management that has positioned NPMS for long-term success.
